      Some customers' engraving machine spindles start to rotate, and the X-axis stepping motor will move slightly. If engraved, the X-axis will be misaligned. The technology allows the customer to draw a ground wire above the metal bed of the machine. The problem of X-axis movement is solved, but the Z-axis is deeper and deeper. Eliminate the problem of interference because the ground wire already exists. Try changing the Weihong card, the problem remains. Later, the technical home repair found that he did not have a grounding wire for the power supply of the engraving machine. After the wires of the three sockets were grounded, the fault was gone. The socket of the wall generally has a grounding wire. The engraving machine is also grounded through the three-core wire. The ground wire of the control electrical box is larger than the wire drawn by the machine. Here, we remind our customers to have the correct grounding wire.

The ground wire can not be ignored for the role of the engraving machine, it can prevent the electric shock caused by the leakage of the machine, and can also effectively prevent static interference. How to check the ground wire is qualified? You can follow these steps:

1. Prepare 3 3*30 angle steels with a length of 2.5 meters. Dig 3 pits of 30 cm deep on the ground, separated by 3 meters, and then piling the angle steel into the ground. Then use 3*30 hot-dip galvanized flat steel to connect them by electric welding, and it is required to be overlapped during welding.

2. The gauge of the net is measured with a measuring instrument. The resistance is zero or below 4 ohms, which can reach 4 ohms or less, indicating that the grounding device is qualified, you can safely draw the grounding wire from above.

3. Drill an 8mm hole in the upper end of the flat iron, clean the hole around the hole, and then tighten the wire and flat iron.

4. The wire is then introduced into the user's wire trough to increase a safety ground wire in the power grid.

Sometimes if you don't have a grounding line, you will have many unexpected problems! I can't know what it is!
